• Discipline: Students should maintain discipline during assemblies, classes, and school activities.

• Language and Behavior: Use polite and respectful language both inside and outside the school campus.

Attendance and Punctuality

• Regular Attendance: Students are expected to attend school daily. Absence must be reported by parents to the school office.

• Punctuality: Arrive at school on time. Late arrivals disturb the class and may lead to disciplinary action.

• Leave Policy: Written permission must be submitted for planned leave or absence.

School Uniform and Dress Code

• Uniform: Students must wear the prescribed school uniform every day, including proper shoes and ID cards.

• Neatness: Uniforms should be clean, well-ironed, and worn with pride.

• Prohibited Dress: Fancy accessories, jewelry, makeup, and inappropriate hairstyles are not allowed.

Academic Policies

• Academic Honesty: Cheating, copying, or any unfair means during tests and assignments are strictly prohibited.

• Homework and Projects: All homework, projects, and classwork should be completed neatly and submitted on time.

• Examinations: Students must attend all examinations. In case of illness or emergency, parents should inform the school promptly.

Campus Safety

• ID Cards: Students must wear their school ID cards on all working days.

• Emergency Protocols: Students must be familiar with school safety procedures and follow instructions during drills or emergencies.

• Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, sharp objects, weapons, harmful substances, or any item that may disturb safety and discipline are strictly banned.

Use of School Facilities

• Library: Maintain silence in the library. Books must be handled carefully and returned on time.

• Laboratories & Equipment: Follow teacher instructions and safety rules when using labs or equipment. Any damage must be reported immediately.

• Cleanliness: Keep classrooms, corridors, and the campus clean. Food and drinks are not allowed inside classrooms and labs.

Technology and Internet Use

• Responsible Use: Students must use school computers and digital devices responsibly for educational purposes only.

• Digital Etiquette: Cyberbullying, misuse of social media, or accessing inappropriate content will lead to strict disciplinary action.

• Privacy: Respect the privacy of others and do not share personal details online.

Disciplinary Actions

Violation of school rules may result in consequences such as:

• Verbal or written warnings

• Detention or extra duties

• Suspension for serious offenses

• Expulsion in extreme cases

The school management will decide the action depending on the seriousness of the violation.

Appeals

Students and parents have the right to appeal disciplinary actions if they feel the decision is unfair. Appeals should be submitted in writing to the school administration within three working days of the decision. The matter will be reviewed, and the final decision will rest with the school management.
